Chick pumping tail feathers

I have a week old Barred Rock chick that has been pumping its tail up & down for 2 days(even when sleeping)

/Its rear end is clean & has been normal otherwise. The other 10 chicks are fine. Is this anything to worry about? Please ease my mind. Thanks!
