alright, and uh, they cant die from eating sand? also does the type of dirt matter like pine dirt, also is the good even if its from where my birds bath

Sand is good fir them as grit

when can i give my 3 weeks old chicks treats, also if i want to give them a dustbath tub what do i put in it?

I would make sure they have access to appropriate size grit before giving them anything other than their chick starter or wet mash from starter.

Only if they gorge on it. If you use sand (or really, any new bedding or introduce grit) it's normal for them to eat a little of it, but if you see a chick really going to town on it, better to take it away or reduce the amount available.
