Chick slightly splayed

So i have a chick that has slightly splayed legs, she can walk and run, but kinda stumbles about. She is 3 days old and I put a brace on her on day 1. Just wondering how long I should keep it on. I have to keep her isolated because the other chicks peck at the hairtie around her feet. Not the best pic but she was being difficult lol

It's best to keep chicks on paper towels the first week so they can get better traction. I would remove it and see how it does.
