Kinda looks like a easter egger to me. But your totally right about her not being a bantam. She is beautiful!

Chipmunk coloring is not exclusive to Easter Eggers - the fact that this chick has a single comb and light colored legs would make it less likely to be an EE (which would be more likely to have green legs and a pea comb, though variances do occur)and more likely to be on of the other breeds that hatch chicks with chipmunk patterning such as Welsummer and Light Brown Leghorn - though the overall down color of the rest of the body seems a little light/off for those.
