Chick with bloated crop Please Help!!!

I have 7 australorp chickies that i got from Tractor Supply, and now they are about 5 months old. But just recently, i found a pullet that had a strange bloated crop, and it has been like that for a day now. About an hour ago when i went outside, the pullet with the bloated crop started having nauseous behavior. it looked like she was going to vomit, but she didn't. Can someone please tell me what's going on with my pullet? Thanks.

Thank you guys for support- i already know that she has one, and my dad thinks the cure is to flip her upside down so she can vomit (i found that quite sad...
