Chick with curled feet

What can i do to fix them?

he is less than a day old and his feet have stayed curled up underneath him, i have tried giving him avia charge water but its not helping.

is there anyway to fix this? this is the first live chick from my little cousins donated eggs...i would really like it to get better for her.

they're just curled up tight underneath his body but he does try to walk still but with his feet curled inward.

There are several threads on here about splinting them. I've never done it, just read about it. Sounds like lightweight cardboard and duct tape work pretty well. Just straighten them out and tape them in place.

I'm sure you can find pics if you poke around in Emergencies.

he was in the egg too long, i think. he had the membrane dried to him any i had to wet him to get the "lid" off so he could get out.

i just "paddled" his feet with some thin cardboard. does he need anything else? vitamins or anything?
