Chick with hurt leg - see video

So this little one is about 2-3 wks old. She was a feed store freebie due to having a "slight limp" . Limp has not gotten better. She can use the questionable leg to scratch, and hops along fairly well. Any thoughts?

Looks like splay leg. I don't know if it is correctable at this point but you can fix it when they are younger with a connector between the legs.
