Chick with Intestine wrapped around leg

Chick hatched with what I fear is its intestine wrapped around its leg.

I’ve attempted slipping the leg free, but it is too tight.

Any suggestions?

You'll likely have to cull, if it it's intestine, you won't survive if you get the leg free. I'm sorry.
