chick with leg problem

i have a day old chick, hatched yesterday, it acts like it's leg is hurt. i noticed the joint looks a little inflamed, so it just hobbles around the brooder. what should i do for it? the other 23 are doing fine.

I had a chick this spring with the same thing. She slept more than the others as well. I was sure I was going to lose her. I put a little neosporin ointment on it once a night and also soaked it in warm epsom salt/water once a day. She grew up to be a randy little silver laced wyandotte. More feisty than any other! Good luck. She should grow out of it with a little TLC.
