Chick with pus around crop

I have a baby chick with a swollen crop and pus around it. She is acting healthy but I was wondering if anyone had any idea of what it could be or how to treat it?

Yes! She is just fine now, it scabbed over and fell off after about a week. Now there’s just a little scar where it was. My guess is that she kept rubbing against the water and food dishes when she was eating and that formed formed a blister. Her crop was also swollen so that might’ve been a cause too.
