Chick with raw back Blue-kote?

Hello, I have a 2 day old chick who didn’t hatch until day 23. Had a ruff start and is now missing lots of fluff on his back, other chicks keep pecking at it.
For tonight I put triple ointment on it, but would like to put blue-kote on it to help keep other chicks from pecking so much at it. Blue- kote has alcohol in it I believe, and not sure if this will help to disguise and allow to heal, or harm him more. I know I could try and set up second place For him, but also think having others helps him to stay warm and social. Thanks for advice.

Do you have a red heat lamp? Photos would be helpful. I have treated bald hens with bag balm but not sure I would use that on an open wound.

While a lot of people use Blu-Kote and swear by it, I’m not a fan. I especially wouldn’t use it on a young chick.
I’m not sure if Peck No More works in this situation...
I’ve heard of someone using a child’s sock before with a hole cut in it for the head as a temporary fix. But I haven’t personally tried it.
