Chick with 'wet' looking rear end

Day old cornish-rock chick looked like it's rear end was wet on tuesday whe I gotmy chicks home. I rinsed off it's rear.Now 4 days later the rear 1/3 of it's body appears to be wet. I applied Schreiner's using a cotton ball.

Another chick is beginning to look the same on it's rear.

Any thoughts?

Some of my chicks are looking pretty sad. Stools are looser than I would like. I am going to treat them for coccidiosis. The Di-Methox I have is older and clumpy.
