She no longer has diarrhea. She's eating and drinking normal. She has started standing around with her tail down. I'm feeding her organic feed and they free range in my yard.

It's possible since she has stopped laying she may have an internal laying/reproductive disorder like Egg Yolk Peritonitis. A vet can help rule out Cocci, worms and usually EYP with an xray.
Does she have any bloat, fluid or swelling of the abdomen?

I have not seen any bloating or swelling with her. This morning at 5:30am she looked fine and acted normal, but in the afternoon's her tail drops and she has just been standing around. There are no vets in the area that deal with poultry. And right now I don't think I could catch her as she is leery of me.

Cant be certain, but I had one 13 month old layer act like that recently. Turned out she was standing around and droopy until she laid what was often a shellless egg. After the third time this happened I worked her with Valbazen. She had a pretty good round worm infestation.

Do you note that her behavior picks up after egg laying?
