Hello all! Brace yourselves, this is a long one!
One of my chickens is acting funny and it has been happening for a couple weeks now. I have 4 chickens, 2 have already molted about 2 months ago, and my two cinnamon queens have still been holding off on molting for the first time. (They will be 2 years old at the end of May.)

She stopped laying eggs probably two and a half weeks ago, and her feathers started looking tattered and ratty, and she lost some weight (like my other two chickens did that had molted) making me think she was starting molt. She hasn't lost hardly any feathers, still not laying eggs. EDIT: I kept thinking and it is possible that the last egg she laid was quail sized. We seem to have one girl that occasionally lays super tiny eggs. I have no idea if this could affect the situation.

She eats enough, but is't interested in treats(that started about a week and a half ago) she drinks plenty of water, her crop is close to full at night time and empty in the morning.
She is not eggbound. Her breathing is fine, no wheezing, etc.
She is just periodically throughout the day uninterested in everything, and just kinda sits there. She laid down quite a bit for about a week, now she just kinda bushes up and stands there. She is still a little thin for my liking so I am giving then extra feed with some nutridrench on it(like i did for the other two). It went from 90 degrees one day, to 30 degrees that night the other day( its been cold since), and yesterday I noticed part of her comb was purple.
the comb is better today, but I went ahead and attached a pic of it (its difficult to see on the pic).
Also the link is to a video of how she acted about 30 seconds after being let out to run around their coop.
Sometimes she acts like this, other times shes scratching around just like the other ones in the video.
Please let me know what you guys think might be up with her, why she hasn't molted, etc.
Starting to get a bit worried about her. Any help would be appreciated :) Thanks!

Video of her<3

EDIT: She is still acting this way, please advise if you guys can, thank you.

UPDATE: I believe she has sour crop, very squishy, like a underfilled water balloon. No smell, though. This is a new development. Heading to store to get miconazole/monistat. Separated her, put probiotics and electrolytes in her water. Is there anything else I should do?

I would not treat for sour crop unless you are absolutely sure she has it.
Don't give the EL for more than one day, you can over do it.

When I have a bird that is acting 'off', I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling. Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Here's couple good articles on crop issues:

Thank you for responding, I read both of the articles. I believe she is at the slow crop stage. I assume EL is electrolytes? We are working on setting something up for her to stay in. :)

Thank you, she is now completely separated and in our garage. It is too cold to leave her outside and isolated, and at the moment I don't have a little cage like that to put her in the coop with them. She also gets very antsy if she can see the others and not go be around them. However, she settled in just fine downstairs and is taking a rest right now (thank God for pretty docile chickens). We had a similar response with my other cinnamon queen when we separated her last year due to bumblefoot.

Went ahead and gave her a dose of Monistat, a super tiny bit of oregano oil - as a antibiotic, and a few oats as a treat. Put water(with a sprinkle of probiotics, no electrolytes) in her crate to drink.
I will be going downstairs and massaging her crop every two hours (not overnight, just during the day).
Still no poops, which is a bit odd but shes only been separated for about an hour. We will continue to watch her carefully. Is it 12 or 24 hours with no food? I've seen conflicting info on this.

Compared to my other chicken that is her breed, I'd say she is about half the other ones weight ( though she was a bit smaller than her buddy before all of this.)

Does not laying eggs contribute to sour crop in any way?

Thank you so much for your help. :)

Just overnight is enough to see if the crop empties.
..and to observe overnight poops.
I would seriously wait to treat or massage until you know what the crop status is.
Often waiting and observation is the most helpful 'treatment'.

Did you feel her belly for any swelling?

Well, being ill can stop laying.

Okay! Will do! I will just check on her a few times tonight then. I did feel, I didn't notice anything at all as far and lumps or swelling. No parasites or anything else out of the ordinary. She is just pretty thin. I honestly didn't realize how light she had gotten.

So I am looking to see if the crop is empty in the morning, correct? What do I do if it isn't?

And okay, that makes sense about the egg laying. Thank you once again
