(For context my chickens were inside because it was raining hardly and it was lighting ) Dont know how or when it happened but my chicken flew into a plastic container, the top was not one tight so when she flew in the top fell and she could not get out. Later that night I found her and took her out. She was just sitting, I assume to get a breather but she wasnt drinking or eating. After I forced her to drink she started to regain strength and she was eating and started walking and running around. She seems fine now but is there anything else I should do just to be sure?

That can be scary, trust me. Had a rabbit tray fall on a group of little last spring and one made it. She walked kinda funky and it seemed a bit touch and go for a few days, but now you wouldn't know.

Keep an eye on her, make sure she's not being bullied, that she is drinking and at least showing interest in the food and she should bounce back. They can be pretty had to kill sometimes

Offer her some electrolytes or water to make sure that she gets hydrated today. I had a similar experience with a bantam rooster once. His comb was blue and he was lifeless when I found him, but he did revive over the next few hours, and went on to live a normal life.
