Her crop feels normal to me. I will check it again in the morning. She has grit in a container in her coop. Hoping she will just pass it!Can you feel anything that shape in her crop? Hopefully she will pass it or it will be ground up in her gizzard. There is not a lot you can do about it now except to see that she has granite poultry grit available to help grind up food in the gizzard.

Hopefully she'll pass it just fine.My 5 month old Rhode Island Red hen just ate an entire hair tie. Basically inhaled it before I could grab it. It doesn’t have metal on it, it’s just elastic with thread around it. But I’m panicking that it’s going to hurt her crop/cause her to die.
She immediately ran and drank water, and is now laying by the water dispenser. But she is still getting up to eat and drink. Is there anything I can do?
