She’s getting eggs and vitamins daily- she hasn’t had major improvements, but it’s not getting worse. I hope she doesn’t heal this way and it’s stuck like this

@Tookie offered good advice suggesting the E. Vitamin E and the B vitamins can repair damaged nerves. Give a capsule of E 400iu and a B-complex tablet once a day for the next three weeks and see what that does.

I would continue the vitamin E and B complex daily. Hopefully, it is just taking time for healing. Is she still unable to stand or walk? Do you try to stand her up to work her muscles? A chicken sling chair can be helpful to get a lame hen upright, to feed, and keep them cleaner for periods throughout the day. In the link below look at posts 5, 11, and 12 for good examples:
