Chicken autopsy - graphic pictures - is this normal? Fat/fatty liver? Please help

I'm so very sorry for your losses. What brand of feed are you using and what was the protein percentage advertised on them?

Limiting treats, especially high fat ones, and sticking to a balanced chicken feed as the majority of their diet is best.
According to the OP, 'the normal chicken feed' is basically all they've had for the last 5 months, so if the food is the cause of the FLHS, then circumstances suggest it is the feed, rather than anything else.
April, and after that they have barely had any scraps or other food than the normal chicken feed
That would be consistent with the published papers on fatty liver haemorrhagic syndrome. It is a disease of modern production methods and feeds.

As Perris mentions above Fatty Liver Haemorrhagic Syndrome is a health problem associated with high egg production.
The more eggs a hen lays, the more feed she needs to consume to support the egg laying. What doesn't seem to have happened is the hens biology adapting to the much higher feed intake. This is understandable given it's the rate at which a hen ovulates that is responsible for the higher egg production. While the rate of ovulation may have increased the rest of the hens organs are still to a greater or lesser extent, the organs of a hen that lays much fewer eggs.

To add to the problem the chicken is essentially a forager and foraging means high intensity exercise and this helps burn fat. Free range and feral chickens that largely survive on what they can forage are closer to catering to their natural condition than a hen that is kept in a run and supplied a limitless quantity of highly processed feed.
