My argh moment was I had some early spring greens (bok choy I think) seeded and sprouting nicely... and then one of my hens flew the chicken wire fence around the bed, and proceeded to tear out all the young plants and then roll around on the plants' corpses. She didn't eat them, just uprooted and killed everything.
