Here is the easiest of the two hen w/ chick blocks I am doing. This is w/ the invisible thread and the lined and turned pieces. I will need to stitch the eye on the hen. I am so tickled to find a method I can do and am relatively happy with, and LOVE the tweety on the block!

Let’s do a Chicken Summer Color Block The block has to resemble a chicken, squares arranged to look like a chicken,It could be foundation pieced or appliqued the brighter the better !!!!!! Get really creative and wild with the colors, prints or solids you are the artist.

Just finished crocheting slippers for all my grand kids (8), so now it's time to start working on my blocks. This will be a good day to start as its SNOWING again!
