I noticed my chickens breathing different. This week it’s been really hot outside don’t know if that could cause it, it’s been 100-105 degrees this week. I linked a video of you pay attention to her chest area you’ll see her breathing.
Yesterday she was pooping normal eating and drinking good too. Today she eats and drinks her poop has been dark/wet. She’s moving and walking.

Her breathing looks normal to me.
When it's very hot, chickens will have open mouth breathing and sometimes they "honk."
They also move their folded wings away from their body so that air can cool the midsection of their body.
They drink alot of water resulting in watery diarrhea.
I put a box fan or two in the pens and one in the coops to help circulate air and it helps.
I shut the fans off in the pens before they go to roost in the late evening and turn on the fans in the coops. Visa versa the next morning after it starts warming up.
