The breed is called Exquer leghorn. The color is call Exquer.

Exchequer Leghorn actually. And the color is Exchequer. It is different than mottled.

And unless someone has a bill of receipt for that bird I wouldn't say it was a Leghorn at all. The leg color appears to be wrong in that photo.

This is Marshmallow.
