@Gwyllm yes I do know him and he is only supplier of vaccinations around as far as I can gather, BUT I use Dr Stapelberg at Radiokop vet miles to go I know, but he is just the sweetest bird vet he really cares. Dr Russell is a bird vet, but deals in Parrots and exotics, and I'm afraid chooks don't rate too much in his world. I don't mean any disrespect but if you go to him you will see what I mean, he is extremely extremely good with Parrots/peacocks..

I just love Dr Stapelerg his 'bedside' manner is wonderful and he really cared for my chook when she was so sick and showed us how to feed them and water them and spends time with you but he doesn't stock the vacs.

Please don't me wrong Russell is very good but I prefer the vet that cares for all birds...

hope I haven't landed myself in trouble lol

@whoop whoop it's good to know that he has all the vaccinations. I know him from dealing with our parrots, we've been going to him for years, and his father when he still worked. Known them for about 20 years (or my family has :D)

maybe its just a personality clash but I found him 'off hand' but if you know him well then thats' cool. It is always good to stay with a vet you know because they know your pets. Are you going to take the girls for a check up?, I'm sure he will help. Forgive me I really didn't mean to insult anyone...

ANYWAY lotsa luck for tmorrow thinking of you and Raptor lol
