and in 3 weeks 10 Silkies and 2 Australorps (so far).

Had to take the eggs from the broody Australorp as the mongoose keeps stealing eggs we cant catch it.

we trying to get some RIR now , hopefully in about 2 weeks , can't keep up with building the runs we need haha, we will also have silkies soon, they busy growing and will pick then up also inabout 2 weeks, looks like we going to do a lot of swapping. I want to try get some lavender pekins too , shjo this shopping list just gets bigger and bigger.

I'm getting lavender Silkies

and my Koekoek barred rock crosses started laying at 13 weeks! I was awestruck.
 
@Nanna34 congrats on the hatchings. I'm really jealous now, been taking so long but we should finally finish this weekend, then it's some dark brahmas and Cochins for us

So excited, within the next week I'll have chickens running around in the backyard.
