this is why they say everything you put online is susceptible to be used.. look at all the stars that photos and videos get online and not by them..

best thing to do is copywrite or put your name on it.. but hopefully now that they know they've been found out they will ask the owners for permission.. who wouldn't say yes..?? or say hey I have an even better photo.. this happens alot with starting models who unknowingly put their photos on line for a group or facebook and they see themselves in a background of a frame somewhere and never got paid for it..

I see a lot of photo's on there from BYC. I also see that they put a picture of a wyandotte under "Plymouth Rock".
