I don't know what else to tell you.

The rooster I had that got bumble foot was hard to work on, it seemed like I could never get all the core out. In desperation I finally lanced open his foot from the hole towards the back of the foot. Inside I finally found the core very deep in the ball of his foot. Once that was removed, he recovered. Recovery time was about a month if I remember correctly. The only thing I used on his foot was providing iodine washes and bandages for about a week.

That what I'm thinking of, but I need someone to tell me how to do it right this time (how to cut the wound and excise all that dirt out ) cause this round opening will be closed soon & it wasn't enough at all.

I really thank you & sorry for the bothering

You are not bothering me.

I had operated on my rooster several times and knew there was more infection in there. I couldn't get to it. So I cut from the edge of the wound toward the back of his foot. Then I could get to the core to remove it.

Thank you, will keep it in my mind, I prefer surgery so that all the infected necrotic tissue will be removed, I have to wait a while then I may re-open and will wait for other opinions also.

Best regards

This is the other foot which is much better, this pic isafter 5 days of the core removal, it won't need for further management?? Looks okay?? I'm still applying local antibiotics until full recovery.

I've never used that product on chickens, but both the ingredients I think are used on chickens, so it should be safe. I'm not sure about dosage, however.
