It is highly likely that she has EYP of salpingitis with a secondary respiratory infection. It is also likely that she is the lash egg layer. Here is what causes it...it will make you sick to your stomach.

Hens, and their bodies - in nature lay 10-12 eggs per year. 100-years ago, they only laid 40-60 per year. With medication and genetic engineering, we have bred them to lay 300+ per year. As we all know, constant inflammation is the breeding ground for disease and cancer. 62% of production hens will have cancer or reproductive diseases (Oviductal impactions, salpingitis, egg yolk peritonitis) by age 2. She is a production breed.

God made chickens to lay 10-15 eggs per year. We now have them laying over 300 per year. Their livers are shot, their oviducts and the rest of their reproductive system is overworked, and it leads the way for infection and cancer.

It's urates.

She may be having a hard time expelling an egg or lash material.

Give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for a week.

Wheezing and respiratory distress may just be she's having a hard time expelling an egg.

See that she's drinking o.k. and do provide food during waking hours.

Your thread from a few months ago, if this is the hen that expelled this membrane then VERY LIKELY, she is having a reproductive issue. Please, follow the instructions I have given you to see if she will Expel another membrane like before or possibly lash material.

Giving the Extra Calcium is super important. You can find Calcium Citrate+D3 at stores like Walmart, CVS, the supermarket, dollar stores, etc. IF you are unable to get Calcium Citrate+D3 you can give her 1 TUMS daily. Do this for a week.

Ask you Parents to help you with this!

Do not soak her anymore, this may have made the respiratory distress worse, it's hard to know. Soaking a hen that is unwell can push them over the edge.

Make sure she's hydrated, you can give her sugar water or electrolytes and see that she's eating her normal feed.

If she feels like moving about and rejoining her flock, then let her. She'll be most comfortable being near them instead of isolate and lonely. I leave my sick and/or dying hens with their flock and rooster unless they are getting picked on.

IF this is Lash Egg (Salpingitis), it's an inflammation of the Oviduct. There is No Cure, but an antibiotic may be helpful in fighting infection and can extend life for a period of time. Expensive Vet Visits and treatments are anothe option, these measures can also extend life and perhaps improve Quality of Life for a period of time, but eventually (like everything in Life) and end will come.

Provide supportive care for her, give her love and attention and let her live out her days being with her flock and doing chicken things until she can longer go.
