Chicken can't or won't walk

My hen can't or won't walk hasn't gone to the bathroom in 2 days she drinks when we give it to her with a dropper and will eat when fed, seperated her from flock she is in spare bedroom. What can it be?

How old is she? When did she last lay an egg? Did she have a Mareks vaccine? What does her crop feel like? How long has this been going on? (Never mind about the time--2 days.)
