chicken can't stand

Hi - I have two baby chicks about 3 wks old who all of a sudden can't stand. They roll on their back and stay there. When I pick them up their leg (or legs) spread straight out like they can't bend it very well. Is this spraddle leg? Thanks

The leg part sounds like Mareks Disease. I don't know if the rolling on there backs is a symptom of that though.

Three weeks is a bit young for Marek's, and a bit old for splayed leg. Are they otherwise eating, drinking, and active?

I don't think it's Marek's either. If the legs spread to the sides, I would splint them with a bandaid so at least they can get around.
