Legs are under her, not limp. Wings able to flap. Bright eyed and alert. Eating well. Just can't walk. Marek's is the first thing that comes to mind after looking her over and not finding anything.

Tiny bit of blood in very solid droppings (more like regular bird droppings - white with almost black, and one little bit of pink.)

How old is she? What happens when she tries to walk?
Is she standing, or laying down?
Can you post a picture or video, those can be very helpful.
Any other symptoms at all, or history of illness or injury, or similar illnesses in your flock?

She is laying down. She tried to run just now when the cat walked by - she can't even stand - just flapped a wing and shifted about two inches. She is about 7-8 months old.

A video where you can see her legs and what happens would be helpful, try holding her in a walking position and taping that. Since this is maybe a possible Mareks bird I'm going to ask @rebrascora to take a look, she has much more experience with Marek's. In the interim, if you have some nutridrench, give her some of that, and you can try giving her some B vitamins, a regular human B complex tablet, 1/2 of it ground and mixed in her food, or poly vi sol (without iron) for infants. If you have brewers yeast that is a good source of the B's and you can mix some in her food.

Since it's progressing it looks more and more like possible Mareks. I could be wrong, everything I know of Mareks is academic, not personal experience. Hopefully someone more experienced in it will weigh in. If she passes then I would recommend that you consider a necropsy to confirm that , or to let you know what else it was. I wish I could help more or be more sure.

You know, I just don't know. Seeing the legs would help. In the video it just didn't look like a toxin, but that's a short snapshot. Depending on how long it's been going on, maybe. If that's what it is then a flush might help, with toxins it can be hard to know, depends on what it is, how much, and how long it's had to absorb. If the OP thinks that's a possibility, here is more info which may help: https://www.mypetchicken.com/backyard-chickens/chicken-help/Botulism-Overview-H267.aspx
And here are some flushes for toxins: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/flushes-for-aiding-in-toxin-removal.700526/

Broken wing. Dispatched her this morning. There was also a LARGE amount of fat in her abdomen (about as much fat as internal organs, once the egg was removed.)
