If she eats and you let her back with her flock naturally you'll need to keep an eye, preferably both eyes ;) on her for a while. You'll see if there are going to be problems.
She does need to be eating by herself at this stage.
 
The damage the bird has is consistent with animal like a raccoon that attempted to kill chicken by going after head. Fresh kills by confirmed raccoon often show a lot of wounding in the head reason. That is why so many attacked birds have eye and ear damage. The predator trying to over power a struggling chicken may also cause bill damage and tear comb and wattles.

Damage like your bird is neither self inflicted nor caused by another chicken.

I cant see how it would be possible.. a chicken cant even stick its head out of the run and there is no access point for a predator. its very secure.
