Hi All, would love your input on this chicken coop and run for a flock of 3-4 regular size hens. The coop is 36" x 43" and each run is the same size (I plan to get 2 runs so 32.25 square feet total). I'm not sure if I'll allow them to free range beyond this setup and want to make sure they're comfortable and happy. Is this design sufficient, safe, and enough to keep my flock happy and healthy?

Hello again.
I personally, do not think that would be comfortable for 3 standard sized chickens.
Most prefab coops aren't.
They do not allow enough space on the roost, or enough space between roosts, or even between the roosts and the wall. There doesn't appear to be enough ventilation either.
You'll also need 15 sq foot of space per chicken in the run.
My other worry would be security. Most predators could get into that within a couple of hours, if not a few minutes.

That is a VERY tiny coop. I wouldn't keep any chickens in it.
Chickens needs 4 sq feet of floor space in the coop with 1 nest box per 4-5 birds and 12" of roost space per LF bird.
The run should have 15 sq ft per bird. Lots of folks here quote 10 sq ft MINIMUM but I still don't think that's enough.
If you try to cram that many birds into such a small space you will end up with behavioral and health issues and will spend lots of time just trying to keep it clean. I saw a post here once of a coop about twice this size that had been knocked over by a black bear and all the chickens inside were killed.
The dog pictured in one of the photos could knock this over and kill all the chickens. Maybe not THAT dog but you get the idea.

It's very cute, but very small.
Love the ridge vent.
Don't see any latches on roof access or side panel access.
Don't like HC on ground under coop, can cause foot injuries.

Oh, and.... Welcome to BYC! @LBchickenMama
