You might want to isolate this individual and observe. If the symptoms continue beyond a few hours, and especially if you notice watery discharge from eyes and nares, you might want to start a round of Tylan to treat a respiratory infection.

Then keep close watch on the rest of the flock for similar symptoms.
 
Spend some time watching them, just walk around while the chickens are out. Listen for how often you hear the sneeze/cough. Many times dust in the feed or in the coop, or mold, can irritate the nostrils. If the sneeze is hear every few minutes for an hour or so, then there may be a respiratory infection, such as infectious bronchitis. If you see other signs such as bubbles or watery eyes, nasal drainage, or wheezing it could be something more serious such as MG, ILT, coryza, or others.
