CHICKEN COUGH?

Seems like my chook has something posssibly stuck in its throat and is coughing all the time& not able to eat because of this, will i try to clear it by stetching its throat? or wat

Can you see any obstructions in its throat? may be as simple as gettin an eye dropper or syringe and flushing some water down its throat or you may need to check for gape worm which as far as I understand you can see if you look down its throat. Ive never had experience with gape worm before so hopefully some one else can chime in and point you in the right direction as far as that goes. But sometimes my babies get food stuck in their throat and I just simply squirt water down the throat and they're fine. Good luck!!

Had success with olive oil, chicken is now on the mend after pouring a small amount of oil down the throat!
