Chicken Diaper?

I have tried so many times to make a chicken diaper and I fail misreblly every time. Could someone maybe make one for me or give me some hints on how to make one?

I let my chicken in sometimes and keep it on a towel but sometimes he gets off and goes on the carpet (My mommy doesnt like me having him in for that reason thats why Im either going to make a chicken diaper or go mad trying to litter box train him
