Chicken Diarrhea, and what to do

Those pics were taken before and shortly after the birds were introduced. They had they're wings clipped so I had to build the ramp up to the poop board. It is much more stained up now. Especially with all the diaarhea I've been dealing with...my favorite part of my coop is that I tiled the floor and used epoxy grout. You will never see it but I know the wood isn't rotting underneath...I have a friend who is looking to buy some black copper marans and some BBS ameraucana. I've been constantly talking to him about npip and not buying just any old birds. He's a very impatient man and I hope he is learning from my mistakes...
 
I have learned here that the best way to get birds fom someone is to buy from a breeder that regularly posts on that breed's thread here. They are usually known by the other folks on that thread, they usually show birds, and they can't afford to sell sick birds, nor would they do so because they would lose their reputation. For just a backyard flock, it is hard to beat a hatchery though.
