How deep is the wound? In that location, the drainage is suspicious of internal damage resulting in "drainage" from internal structures such as digestive organs

Do you know where the crop is? It's the bulge on the chest wall and it is likely the injury punctured it and that's why fluid is draining out of it. Of course this is just a guess since I have no photo to go from.

If the crop is punctured, how long is the cut? Is it high up on the chest or low? Could it be the abdomen, not the crop that is punctured?

Trying to help someone with an injured chicken is very difficult since we aren't there to see for ourselves. This is why we need a photo.

Take a tape measure and measure the cut, then measure from his lower beak to the cut. Then post these two measurements here.

Seriously now.
This is a bit ridiculous in my opinion.
It’s clear that you can read and perform a search. If you can find a similar problem in a thread you can also read the suggested treatments posted there.

Honestly, I’m frustrated that you are posting about a problem with an animal that you claim to need emergency help with, but are refusing to participate in the least.

So knowing nothing about your bird and since I don’t have a crystal ball to see the injury you won’t even give a clear discription of, here are my very best suggestions.
If you aren’t comfortable with them, then tomorrow get someone to help you with photos.
Then get back to us.

In the meantime:
Keep the bird inside. Warm and quiet.
Small amounts of water with electrolytes or a pinch of sugar ONLY, for the next 12-24 hours to allow the crop to maybe seal up on its own. Stretching out won’t let this happen.
Absolutely No treats, No seeds.
In that time perhaps, that hole which I hope you’ve cleaned, might close on its own.

In my opinion, feeding the bird will potentially allow food to contaminate the inside of the chest cavity, causing infection.

Editing to add: if it is past dark where you live, don’t give any more water tonight. Until the morning.
