chicken draining punctured crop plzz help

hi everyone one of my roos got attacked by a dog i read on here and followed steps to take care of the cuts one of them is draining out this clearish yellow liquid nonstop for the last 2 days his feathers are soaking and dripping. i cant get pics i use a laptop how long should this drain for any advice welcome

I wish I could help but I don’t know enough- type in symptoms to google and see what they say - read at least 5 though so you can make up your mind

Not normal.....Is there an odor? Where on the bird is the wound? What is the area around the wound like....hot, red, etc?

i googled chicken wound draining and everything was about butchering chickens

the area is normal color there is no color he is warm but he is indoor for the last day it doesnt seem to bother him though

Please be very descriptive about the exact location of the wound.
Do you have a friend with a smartphone who could come over and help you post some pictures?

I was helping you on your other thread about the frostbite. Where on the chicken is his wound that is draining—his back, chest, leg, head, where? Is it close to an organ? Is it near his crop? Are you cleaning the wound and using Vetericyn or antibiotic ointment?
