Chicken dying??? Sleeping - not alert

Brought my Speckled Sussex inside.

She's currently in the bathtub, I found her laying under the roosts, very little response. She opens her eyes and then shuts them again.

Need more info as much as you know regarding her recent history and check her over for any other current physical clues.
Check if keel is unusually prominent or comb pale or vent clogged. Post photos...

No history to speak of, all other chickens are fine.
She's 9 months old.
Just getting some gloves to check her ventbwrea.

Comb and wattles are pale.

Crop feels empty
No poop, so I'm guessing she hasn't been eating.
No bugs that I can see in the picture above.

She's still breathing but won't open her eyes.

Bah I'm still so new, I can't tell. I tried massaging and shortly after there was that discharge.
