Chicken eye stuck shut?

I've been injecting 1/4 cc of tylan intramuscularly for 2 days. Today will be the 3rd.

Okay so if the 5 day treatment I'm doing now doesn't work, I start doing what you said with the .20ml?

Does she weigh 1 or closer to 2 pounds? I would go ahead and bump up the Tylan to 1/4 ml per pound 2-3 times per day. No real need to give it by injection, but remove the needle and give it orally. Tylan can cause muscle damage with injections, so oral might be safer.

She may have mycoplasma gallisepticum, or MG which is a chronic respiratory disease. Signs are watery or sticky eye with bubbles and clear nasal drainage. Symptoms can be more severe, especially with secondary infection or disease. It would be good to give some probiotics or a tsp of plain greek yogurt mixed in food daily during and after antibiotics. Update:
I'm going to continue the antibiotics so she'll have them for a week. I opened her eye today and puss came out! I'm not sure if that's a good thing but it happened. She's also gaining some weight back I can feel her breast muscle. Is the puss coming out of her eye a good thing or no? What should I do differently? thanks in advance

Pus coming out of the eye would be infection. Try to clean/flush the eye out and apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin.

Try to get as much of the pus out as possible by squeezing the soft tissue in the eye. These are graphic videos, and a bit gross, but they show how to get all of the pus out of an eye socket:

Thank you guys! I got all the pus out that i could see and rinsed it/put terramycin on it. I hope that it ends up healing.

I think you would want to have a confirmatory diagnosis to know how to manage flock in future. I would recommend seeing a vet. Other things could be is ammonia toxicity, see symptoms below:
Crusty eyes
Swollen eyelids
Rubbing heads against wings Gray-cloudy looking cornea Reddened eyes
Sensitive to Light
Blindness

As we move into winter, birds are having more indoor time with less ventilation. I would isolate the bird in a crate or chicken hospital till know diagnosis and recovered if have not already. So make sure you are frequently changing bedding keeping clean/dry. Food/water. Provide good ventilation. Add Zeolite 100g/kg to litter/bedding to remove ammonia, moisture, and reduce pH. Make sure birds are not over crowded. The Zeolite is something like Manna Pro (all natural) odor eliminator or DooKashi (organic) odor eliminator.
Just to cover your bases. Also topical eye ointment antibiotic is best as you are already using unless vet prescribes something else. What I mentioned is the treatment. Also when a bird has been exposed to ammonia toxicity they may have decreased immune system and contract other respiratory problems since the environment is set for microbes. Also peat is a better bedding/litter that removes ammonia and maybe consider adding to bedding/litter.
