Chicken eyes lids, eye sight and skin issue

I have chicken chick..and love her so much...she is ill since almost 2months...from last few 2 or 3 weeks. She got some bloody rashes on her eye lid, face, and on the beak..I am attaching her photo...plz some help me out to diagnose and tell me what is this...? I went to vet....they only gave antibiotics only...it was waste of time...
 
She is eating but feels difficulty to see... They also becoming scratched of heads as well.

This looks like fowl pox to me, a virus tramsmitted by mosquitoes, that will run its course in about 4-5 weeks.

Make sure your chick eats and drinks and give some vitamins to help the immune system.
And dont mess with the sores, as they can get infected. It will dry on its own and fall off.

The one pictured appears to have had some of the lesions pecked at. I would isolate the ones that are getting pecked at near the rest of the flock. Just to give the lesions time to heal without being damaged by flock members.
