This is an old thread but the same thing happened to me today with my bottom of the pecking order hen and I want to thank everyone for their advice. I was able to quickly get her inside under heat in the “hospital” and she’s already perking back up.

starting with ducks and adding in chickens is a weird lesson in “wow these are easier wait WOW THESE ARE DELICATE”
