Chicken flew into a window

So my dad was trying to get our rooster back into the coop and our rooster flew over the fence so I came out to help. We tried to get him then he flew across the street and tried to land in a neighbors window sill, instead hitting the window in the process. We finally caught him after awhile. We don’t really have the money to bring him to the vet to get checked up. He seems ok and fine, I have him in my lap and he’s really just flexing his feet but other than that nothing out of the ordinary.
What can I do at home to help him?

Put him back in the coop with the others. He'll be fine.
