Chicken Flock RP (I have no idea if this will catch on)

"Now, you roll your eggs around so they all stay warm," Janie instructed, demonstrating. (Janie is excited to have someone to talk to after weeks of talking only Jetta, who is a bit... overly loud and enthusiastic about life in general.)

"Ok!" Bonnie enthusiastically rolled her egg around, then realised that she should probably be more gentle. She burrowed a little nest into the bedding for it, right near Janie's big nest.

 

[Three Little Bunnies]

"These eggs will hatch in approximately four days," Janie told Bonnie.

"Wow! They're so close to hatching!" Bonnie poofed up her chest feathers protectively around the egg she was sitting on.

"Yup," Janie told her. "You will have more chicks to play with then! And I will teach you how to teach them."

"Yay!" Bonnie felt very important with her new role as assistant mother.

Suddenly, Ashes barked, and Janie and Bonnie heard the squawking of Hyla. "Sounds like your sisters are back!" Janie told Bonnie.

Bonnie was very excited. "Yay! I thought that they were going to get eaten!" Even though she was very excited, she kept sitting on her egg, but made frequent glances toward the door.

 

[Silviaschicks]

"Hobbes, we have to find Clementine and Olive." Hyla started chirping for them.

Suddenly, Ashes came bounding into the place where Hyla and Hobbes were hiding. She barked once, and Eden followed her.
