Chicken food question

I was wondering if mussel/oyster shells can be used as grit? Also, can chickens eat raw potato peels?

You could use oyster shell as grit but your chcikens may get calcium the simply dont need... I always have grit and oyster shell available free choice....


No raw potatoe peels are not healty... Consult the treat chart under the learning center tab for a complete list!


Ps...they love pumpkin guts/seeds
