It's hard and when pressed doesn't hurt her

A few of us believe this to be some sort of tumor or feathers under her skin causing an abcess. you could try to remove it yourself but I feel this needs removed by a vet.

Some people will say to remove it yourself but so many things can go wrong if you just "cut" it off. I suggest an avian vet.

It does look like some sort of mass or tumor. I would continue the warm soaks daily, and try to remove any gunky material. It could have something to do with scaly leg mites I suppose.
