Chicken foot problems

I have a chicken that seems to have chronic foot problems and waa growing very slowly. I started giving her supplements and hard boiled eggs and she was doing a lot better..she started growing and moving around more and then her back toe swelled up... Vet says it looks like a broken toe. She is inside my sunroom now and was doing Better but now her opposite foot is having an issue in which one toe crosses over the other....any ideas?
