Chicken gone for a day and a half

so, my chicken's Lucy and Krissy were being chased by a coyote. and they both fly over the fence. we find Krissy sitting down and not knowing where Lucy is. all we know is that the coyote didn't eat her at the time, and lucy turns out to be the crafty one. The last time this happened she decided to hop onto a tree. and right now I don't know when my chicken is going to come back. do you all think she will come in a couple of days?

I'm sorry that happened. They do come back sometimes, especially if they're flighty and can get over fences and into trees. Set up a trail cam. Good luck and keep us updated!

Did this happen today? If so, Lucy will likely try to make her way home by dusk this eve. Look for her this eve before any night predators have a chance to find her. Good luck; i hope you find her safe and well.
