Is that her vent? It's really hard to see exactly what's going on. Looks like a possible prolapse.

I’m not very sure it’s her vent because she was getting pecked at a few weeks ago in that exact spot and quickly helped her and it was her back but I don’t know for sure if it’s her vent how do I tell?

The picture is very hard to see anything. I'd move the feather to get a better look. You'll be able to see if it's something hanging out of her vent. She definitely can not go back with other chickens. She need brought inside. And clean her off to get a better look at what's going on. Chickens will peck at anything red.

I looked better with better lighting it’s definitely the tail that’s sticking out and a lot of blood is under it so not sure what I’m looking at but the thing that is sticking out is the tail

I'm hoping others come to suggest what to do. I've never had to deal with an injury like this. My best advice would be clean it gently with Vetericyn Spray and apply Neosporin. Chicken can heal from some terrible injuries. If she's eating and drinking that's a good sign. But she needs kept separate till she heals.

It looks like she has a Prolapsed Vent that has been damaged by picking.

Give her a wash up and take some more photos. Keep the exposed Tissue coated with ointment or oil. Get some extra Calcium into her for the next 3-5days. Calcium Citrate+D3 is always good to give, 1 tablet by beak daily.
