Hi there. My two year old hen has recently been make gurgling sounds every so often. The other day her breathing sounded congested and she would kinda cough. I though she might have been choking so I gave her some water. It seemed to go away for the time being. Today I went out and she was making the same sound but it sounded worse. Nasty gurgling and she coughed on me. I am growing more concerned with this. She has no discharge from eyes or nose. She is eating and drinking in between gurgling and coughing and acting normal overall. Anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance.
